About Caitlin
Caitlin Ginardi grew up and built her legal training in Arkansas. She completed two bachelor’s degrees at the University of Arkansas in 2013, earning degrees in political science and journalism. That combination of subjects shaped an interest in public affairs and in clear, evidence-based writing. She returned to law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received her J.D. in 2021.
Her early professional experience includes a year at the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office in 2020. There she worked inside a government legal environment, handling matters that required attention to state laws and administrative processes. That role gave her a grounding in public-sector practice and exposure to the kinds of issues state offices litigate and advise on.
After law school, she joined Hilburn & Harper, LTD. in 2021 as a lawyer. At the firm she took on responsibilities typical of early-career attorneys: drafting pleadings, researching statutory and case law, and supporting more senior lawyers in case preparation. The work further developed her courtroom readiness and client-facing skills.
Civilians and other lawyers will likely recognize a clear progression in her career. She moved from public service into private practice and then into firm leadership. Today she is a partner at Fortune & Ginardi, PLLC. That role places her in a position to manage files, mentor junior attorneys, and participate directly in the strategic decisions that affect clients’ legal matters.
Colleagues describe Ginardi as methodical in approach and attentive to detail. Her background in journalism shows in how she frames factual narratives for filings and hearings. Her undergraduate study in political science contributes to a practical understanding of governmental structures and regulatory context.
She is licensed to practice in Arkansas and has chosen to keep her work centered in the state where she was educated and began her career. Her path—public office, associate role at a private firm, then partnership—reflects a steady move into positions of greater responsibility. Her current practice focuses on matters arising under Arkansas law.
