About Bryn

Bryn Swartz built his path to law through traditional academic routes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College in 2008. He then completed a Juris Doctor at the University of Richmond School of Law in 2011. Those years set the groundwork for a practice centered in Virginia.

He is licensed to practice law through the Virginia State Bar. After law school he began practicing in the state and later established his own practice. His career has been anchored in Richmond, where he works from an office that bears his practice’s name.

Swartz is the owner and lawyer at Pathfinder Injury Law. As the principal of a small firm, he manages both casework and the business side of the practice. He handles client intake, case strategy, and courtroom work as required. The firm’s name signals the area of practice and the firm concentrates on injury matters.

Colleagues and clients describe his approach as straightforward. He favors clear explanations over jargon. He breaks complex legal issues into plain terms and focuses on practical outcomes for people who have been hurt or harmed. His work ranges from initial investigations to negotiations and, when necessary, trial work.

He maintains current membership in professional associations connected to the practice of law. That participation keeps him engaged with peers in Virginia and informs routine developments in procedure and litigation practice. He also stays involved in local legal circles in Richmond where his office is based.

Outside the office, Swartz divides his time between client work and practice administration. Running a small firm means he is often the first point of contact for new clients and also responsible for how cases move through the legal system. He handles the variety of tasks that come with representing people in injury matters, from evidence gathering to settlement talks.

As an active Virginia lawyer and the owner of Pathfinder Injury Law in Richmond, he continues to represent individuals in personal injury cases. He currently practices at Pathfinder Injury Law in Richmond, representing clients in personal injury matters.
