About Bryce Evan
Bryce Evan Pearcy earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012. He began his legal path soon after, entering public service and the Texas legal community. He is admitted to practice in Texas.
His early work was in the public sector. In 2014 he served as an assistant district lawyer for Bexar County. That role gave him frontline courtroom experience and exposure to case preparation under tight timelines. He moved into private practice work the following year, joining Thomas J. Henry in 2015 as a pre-litigation lawyer liaison.
At Thomas J. Henry he handled case intake and the initial phases of claim development. He worked at the intersection of client contact and the litigation team, gathering facts and coordinating early investigation. That work set the stage for a return to McCormick Law, where he joined as a pre-litigation lawyer in 2018. He returned to the same firm in 2021 as a litigation lawyer, moving deeper into courtroom and trial preparation responsibilities.
