About Bryce B.

Bryce B. Bell earned his B.A. from Baker University in 1999, where he studied business law and international studies. He went on to the University of Kansas School of Law and received his J.D. in 2002. Those formative years set the tone for a career that combines courtroom work and advocacy outside the courthouse.

After law school he established a practice in the Midwest and is admitted to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. He has balanced litigation and client counseling, often moving between negotiations and motion practice. Colleagues describe his approach as pragmatic; he aims to resolve problems efficiently when possible and to press claims firmly when necessary.

Bell has been active in professional organizations. Since 2013 he has served as Missouri Chairman of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, a role that has kept him involved in policy discussions and peer education on consumer law issues. That leadership post reflects sustained engagement with consumer rights and the broader legal community.

His firm, Bell Law, LLC, handles civil matters that commonly arise for consumers and small businesses. He has experience preparing cases for trial and handling appeals when disputes require further review. The work often requires parsing consumer statutes, litigating over contract and debt-collection disputes, and coordinating discovery in complex matters. He pairs courtroom practice with attention to client communication and case strategy.

Outside casework he contributes to training forums and dialogues for other attorneys, drawing on years of practice in Kansas and Missouri. He has maintained continuous involvement in professional circles since the early 2000s and uses those networks to stay current on changes in consumer protection law.

Those who work with him find a lawyer who prefers clear legal reasoning over rhetoric. He breaks difficult problems into discrete steps and builds cases methodically. At Bell Law, LLC he continues to handle civil litigation and consumer protection matters on behalf of individual clients and small organizations. His current practice focuses on consumer protection and related civil litigation.
