About Bryant

Bryant McFadden built his legal foundation in Wisconsin. He earned a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2012 and went on to obtain his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. Those years of study set the stage for a practice rooted in the state where he trained.

He entered the profession in 2015 as an associate at the Law Office of John Anthony Ward. That role introduced him to the day-to-day work of client representation and case management. A year later he joined Gatzke & McFadden Law Offices as a partner and lawyer. The move to partnership came quickly. It also placed him in a position of running cases and advising clients while helping to shape a small firm’s direction.

McFadden is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, having held that membership since 2015. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin courts. His early career path reflects steady progression from associate work to firm leadership in a relatively short span of time.

Colleagues describe his approach as practical. He handles filings, courtroom appearances and client consultations. He also takes on the administrative duties that come with partnership. Those responsibilities include supervising younger lawyers and contributing to office operations. He has experience in the tasks that sustain a legal practice, from drafting pleadings to preparing witnesses for trial.

In court and at the office, McFadden applies the training he received at Marquette and UWM. He balances the procedural demands of litigation with client interaction. He is familiar with local rules, state procedures and the rhythms of Wisconsin practice. That familiarity informs how he prepares cases and advises clients about realistic outcomes and timelines.

Outside of casework he maintains active ties to the professional bar. His ongoing membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin keeps him connected to developments in the state’s legal community. He has moved from associate to partner in a few years, a trajectory that reflects an early focus on building a practice within Wisconsin.

He currently practices at Gatzke & McFadden Law Offices, handling client matters in Wisconsin.
