About Bryant
Bryant Dunivan built a practical route to law that began in the classroom and moved quickly into courtrooms. He earned a B.A. in philosophy from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2007 and completed his J.D. at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2012, where he studied litigation. Those years shaped his interest in contested matters and sharpened his approach to legal argument.
After law school, Dunivan secured the qualifications that allow him to practice in Florida and in several federal venues. He is admitted to the Florida bar, authorized to appear before the Federal Circuit and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has been a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association since 2013 and maintains an active presence in local legal circles.
Dunivan is associated with The Consumer Protection Lawyer, PA, where his work centers on consumer-oriented litigation. He represents individuals in disputes that arise from billing, debt collection and consumer transactions. His cases move through pre-suit negotiation, administrative filings and, when necessary, courtroom litigation. He prepares pleadings, takes and defends depositions, and represents clients at hearings and trials.
Outside of casework, Dunivan participates in professional organizations that address consumer law policy and practice. He serves on the board of the Florida Alliance for Consumer Protection, a role that involves coordinating with other practitioners on practice standards and educational programming. His membership in the Hillsborough County Bar Association has extended for more than a decade and connects him to local judges and fellow lawyers in civil practice.
His litigation training from Cooley and hands-on experience at the firm inform the way he approaches evidence and procedural disputes. He favors concrete preparation over general theory. That approach shows up in written motions and oral advocacy. Colleagues say he prepares thoroughly for hearings and pays close attention to procedural detail in federal and state filings.
Clients in need of help with consumer disputes can expect representation that moves from investigation to resolution. He works for individuals rather than large institutions. He currently practices at The Consumer Protection Lawyer, PA and concentrates on consumer protection and related litigation matters.
