About Bryan Scott
Bryan Scott Neiderhiser grew up focused on study and practice. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Grove City College in 1990 and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994. Those years set a clear course toward courtroom work and membership in the Pennsylvania bar.
He began practicing in the early 2000s. In 2000 he worked at Ogg, Cordes, Murphy & Ignelzi, LLP, where he handled a range of matters that sharpened his litigation skills. Six years later he became a partner at Marcus & Mack. That move marked a shift into firm leadership and closer involvement in trial preparation and case management.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and steady. He is an active member of several legal organizations. He holds membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar, belongs to the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and is part of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Those affiliations reflect ongoing engagement with peers and continuing legal education.
Courtroom experience has played a consistent role in his career. His work has involved contested matters that required preparation for hearings and trials. He has handled discovery, pretrial motion practice, and courtroom presentation. He has also spent time advising clients on procedural posture and settlement options when cases present those choices.
Neiderhiser balances case work with firm responsibilities. As a partner at Marcus & Mack, he has taken on mentoring roles for junior lawyers, oversight of case teams, and coordination of litigation strategy. Earlier work at Ogg, Cordes, Murphy & Ignelzi gave him exposure to different practice rhythms and client needs, which he carried into his partnership role.
Outside the office he participates in the professional networks that shape trial practice in Pennsylvania. His memberships connect him to continuing education programs and to colleagues who litigate similar issues across the state. That network supports his courtroom work and provides a resource for case development and professional standards.
Today he practices in Pennsylvania. He continues to represent clients in contested matters and remains active in the state's trial bar and justice associations. His current practice focuses on litigation and trial work in Pennsylvania.
