Bryan S. Arcé brings a steady, practical background to a career that spans more than a decade and several state and federal courts. He earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1993 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2009. Those credentials bookend a long period of professional and geographic movement that now reflects in a multi-jurisdictional practice.
He began his legal career after law school at the Derek T. Smith Law Group, P.C., joining that firm in 2009. Two years later he formed his own practice, Arcé Law Group, serving as lawyer-owner beginning in 2011. By 2016 he had taken on a leadership role as managing partner at Phillips & Associates, Lawyers at Law, PLLC. Those moves trace a path from associate work to firm leadership and entrepreneurship.
Arcé is admitted to practice in several states and to a number of federal courts. His admissions list includes New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia and the District of Columbia.
