About Bryan S.
Bryan S. Arcé brings a steady, practical background to a career that spans more than a decade and several state and federal courts. He earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1993 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2009. Those credentials bookend a long period of professional and geographic movement that now reflects in a multi-jurisdictional practice.
He began his legal career after law school at the Derek T. Smith Law Group, P.C., joining that firm in 2009. Two years later he formed his own practice, Arcé Law Group, serving as lawyer-owner beginning in 2011. By 2016 he had taken on a leadership role as managing partner at Phillips & Associates, Lawyers at Law, PLLC. Those moves trace a path from associate work to firm leadership and entrepreneurship.
Arcé is admitted to practice in several states and to a number of federal courts. His admissions list includes New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to appear in the federal courts for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has admission to the 2nd Circuit. That range of admissions has allowed him to handle matters that cross state lines and to appear in both trial and appellate settings when necessary.
Professional memberships are a steady presence in his career. He holds current memberships in the American Bar Association and in the state bar associations for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Those memberships reflect continued engagement with the wider bar and with professional developments in multiple jurisdictions.
Arcé’s offices are located in New York City, Philadelphia and New Jersey, reflecting the geographic spread of his admissions and clientele. Over the years his roles have combined courtroom work, client counseling and firm management. He has moved between solo ownership and partnership in small firms, and those shifts have shaped how he allocates time between casework and administrative responsibilities.
Colleagues and clients see a lawyer who has navigated both private practice and firm leadership. He has maintained a practice that emphasizes representation across state lines and in federal forums. He currently concentrates his practice on representing clients in matters that require multi-jurisdictional representation across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
