About Bryan

Bryan Meadows graduated from Christopher Newport University in 1998 and earned his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law in 2002. Those years shaped his legal foundation and set the stage for a steady practice in Virginia. He moved from a classroom setting into courtrooms and client meetings, carrying with him an early interest in practical problem solving.

He has been a member of the Salem/Roanoke County Bar Association since 2008. That affiliation places him among peers who work across the same local courts. It also gives him a regular forum for professional exchange and local legal updates.

Meadows is an attorney at Marks & Harrison. He represents clients through that firm and performs the day-to-day work that trial and transactional practices demand. His role includes advising clients, drafting documents, and appearing before judges and administrative bodies when matters require it.

Colleagues and clients describe him as straightforward in his dealings. He tends to approach matters with clear, practical steps rather than elaborate theory. That approach shows in routine tasks such as preparing pleadings and negotiating resolutions, and it also applies when matters proceed to hearings or trials.

Beyond casework, he maintains memberships in local legal organizations and participates in the professional life of the region. His ongoing ties to the Salem/Roanoke County Bar Association reflect a long-term connection to the local bench and bar community. He also holds at least one other professional membership that he keeps current.

Over time, Meadows has built a career grounded in the everyday business of lawyering. He balances client counseling with court appearances and office work. The result is a practice that answers client questions, moves files forward, and meets court schedules.

He currently practices at Marks & Harrison, representing clients in a range of legal matters and maintaining active involvement in the local bar community.
