About Bryan Linh

Bryan Linh Ngo is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Ngo is a partner at FORTIS LLP, a law firm located in Costa Mesa, California. He has been practicing law for over 28 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Ngo earned his Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1997. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1993. During his time at UCLA, he was involved in various student organizations and activities.

Mr. Ngo concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, business law, consumer law, energy, oil and gas law, estate planning, personal injury, products liability, real estate law, and tax law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving fair debt collection practices, labor and employment issues, loan modifications, and predatory lending and mortgage loan practices. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ngo has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Costa Mesa for five years.

Mr. Ngo is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Orange County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Ngo is fluent in Vietnamese, Armenian, Japanese, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
