About Bryan Joseph
Bryan Joseph Fagan built a professional path that moves between real estate and law. He earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2006 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2011. Those credentials set the stage for a career that began in property sales and shifted into litigation and client advocacy.
He started in real estate as a Realtor in 2004 at Trend Setter Realty. By 2007 he held a broker’s license and worked as a real estate broker for JN&B Realty LLC. That background in transactions and property markets preceded his entry into the legal profession. After law school he joined the Law Office of Wesley H. Hocker in 2011, gaining experience in a small-firm environment. Two years later he opened his own practice and has operated under the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC since 2013.
Fagan is licensed in Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He also holds a Real Estate Broker certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Those registrations reflect the two strands of his career: real estate and courtroom practice. He moves between transactional matters rooted in property law and disputes that require litigation or negotiation.
Professional memberships are a recurrent feature of his résumé. He maintains memberships in the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association, and belongs to local bar groups including the Houston, Harris County, Austin, Katy and San Antonio bar associations. He is listed with organizations focused on family and children’s issues, including the National Association of Counsel for Children and the National Academy of Family Law Lawyers, and he holds membership in the College of the State Bar of Texas. He also participates in the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association and the Christian Law Association.
Colleagues and clients see a practitioner who pairs prior real estate practice with courtroom experience. His trajectory from realtor to broker to attorney is evident in the work he takes on. Running a solo practice has kept him engaged in multiple kinds of matters, allowing him to draw on transactional know-how and litigation experience.
He continues to operate from the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC and accepts matters in state and federal courts in Texas. He currently concentrates his practice on family law, juvenile matters and real estate-related disputes.
