About Bryan Andrew
Bryan Andrew Lober earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2007. He came out of law school into a mix of public and private work that shaped the early arc of his practice. He has handled matters at both the state and federal level and has maintained ties to the legal community in Brevard County.
His first notable public role came in 2011 when he served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the State of Florida. That position put him in the thick of administrative and regulatory work at the state level. The following year he moved into private practice, joining Lober, Brown & Lober, PLLC as an attorney in 2012. His time in both settings informs how he approaches filings, hearings and client counseling.
Lober is admitted to practice in Florida and is also authorized to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Those admissions reflect work spanning trial and appellate matters, and they allow him to take cases that cross state and federal lines. He has combined administrative experience with courtroom practice over the course of his career.
He has been active in local legal organizations for more than a decade. Since 2012 he has served as a director of the Brevard County Bar Association. He was the secretary of the Brevard chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers from 2012 to 2013. In 2013 he joined The Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court, where he remains a member.
