About Bruce Kirk
Bruce Kirk Eason earned his B.A. in political science from Eckerd College in 2004 and completed his J.D. at Stetson University College of Law in 2009. His academic path placed him squarely in Florida’s legal community early on. The combination of a liberal arts undergraduate degree and a professional law degree set the stage for a practice rooted in state housing and landlord-tenant matters.
After law school, Eason began working at Palmetto Law, P.A. in 2009. That same year he entered practice as a lawyer in Florida and has been associated with Palmetto Law since. His career has unfolded inside a small-firm environment where the work is often practical and immediate. Cases commonly involve tight timelines and procedural precision.
Eason’s work is listed under landlord eviction services. He handles matters that arise when landlords and tenants are at odds over possession of rental property. The duties of that role include preparing and filing eviction actions, serving notices required by state law, and advising property owners on steps to bring a matter to resolution. The role also typically involves managing statutory deadlines and ensuring filings comply with local court rules.
In court and at administrative proceedings, eviction matters move quickly. Eason works on the procedural side of those disputes. He prepares pleadings, files motions, and attends hearings when necessary. Much of the practice involves documenting facts and following prescribed timelines so a landlord’s case can proceed through the system effectively.
Practicing under the Florida Bar, Eason operates within the state’s legal framework for landlord-tenant relations. His professional life is concentrated on eviction matters handled by Palmetto Law, P.A. He maintains the kinds of client contacts that a property owner or manager typically needs when a tenancy ends abruptly or a rent dispute cannot be resolved informally.
He continues to practice at Palmetto Law, P.A., where his current work focuses on landlord eviction matters and related landlord-tenant issues.
