About Brooke Lauren
Brooke Lauren Archie began her path to the law after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Detroit Mercy in 2004. She earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2009. Those training years set the groundwork for a career centered in Michigan courts.
After law school, Archie moved into private practice and within a few years established her own firm. In 2012 she became the founding partner of the Law Office of Brooke Lauren Archie, PLLC. Building a practice from the ground up demanded management as well as legal skills. She handled both tasks while keeping the office focused on serving litigants and clients in her community.
Archie is licensed to practice in Michigan and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Those admissions allow her to appear in both state and federal proceedings. Over time she has worked on matters that required courtroom presence and filings in multiple forums.
She maintains memberships in several local bar organizations. She is a current member of the Wayne County Probate Bar Association, the Detroit Bar Association and the Oakland County Bar Association. Those affiliations provide regular contact with colleagues across county lines and with attorneys who handle related practice areas.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in case preparation and attentive to procedural detail. She emphasizes clarity in pleadings and regular communication with clients. Her practice has involved the variety of tasks that come with running a small firm, including client intake, court appearances and management of case documentation.
When clients engage her office they deal directly with the firm’s leadership. That structure keeps decision-making close to the person handling a matter. Archie’s office operates from the Law Office of Brooke Lauren Archie, PLLC, where she oversees case work and office administration.
Outside of the courtroom she keeps ties to the legal community through the bar associations she belongs to. Those connections help her stay current on local rules and courtroom procedures. She also draws on her experience in federal practice when cases require a different procedural approach than state court work.
She currently maintains an active practice in Michigan and appears in federal matters in the Eastern District of Michigan, handling the range of responsibilities that come with representing clients in both state and federal settings.
