Later, he was with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This military experience has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and commitment to service, qualities that he brings to his law practice. Mr. Benjamin is admitted to practice law in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico.
He is one of only six attorneys in El Paso County certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
