About Brittany C.
Brittany C. Barron began her path to the law after completing undergraduate studies in psychology. She earned a B.S. from Weber State University in 2007, then moved on to Nova Southeastern University College of Law, where she received her J.D. in 2011. Those years shaped her understanding of how people communicate and make decisions, skills she has carried into her legal work.
Her legal career is based in Florida, where she is licensed to practice. Early on she built connections in the local legal community. She maintains memberships in the Broward County Bar Association and the Broward County Justice Association. Those affiliations keep her engaged with peers and current developments in local practice.
Barron’s psychology background informs how she approaches clients and cases. She pays attention to how witnesses tell their stories and how clients describe their priorities. That perspective can affect how cases are investigated and how negotiations are handled. Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing files and attentive in client meetings.
She joined Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A. and practices there as an attorney. At the firm she works on matters that bring together litigation basics, client counseling and courtroom work when necessary. Her day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and advising clients on procedural choices.
Within the Broward legal community she participates through committee work and regular association events. Those activities allow her to stay current on procedural changes and local court practices. They also provide opportunities to mentor newer attorneys and discuss practical solutions to case management challenges.
Across her career Barron has kept a practical, evidence-oriented approach to legal problems. She tends to break complex matters into clear tasks and to set realistic expectations with clients. She is currently in private practice at Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A., handling matters for clients in Florida.
