About Britni L.

Britni L. Bartik pursued a law degree after completing a liberal arts education that combined sociology and several minors. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2010. Before law school she graduated from the University of Redlands in 2007 with a B.A. in sociology and minors in government, philosophy and women’s studies.

Her early legal work included a 2008 internship at a Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. That placement exposed her to client intake, protective order proceedings and courtroom practice on urgent family matters. After law school she moved into firm work. In 2011 she joined Mulherin, Rehfeldt & Varchetto, P.C. as an associate lawyer. The following year she took an associate role at Botti Marinaccio Ltd., where she continued developing litigation skills.

Bartik holds admission to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She maintains membership in the Illinois State Bar and in the DuPage County Bar Association. Those affiliations place her in regular contact with peers across both local and state bar communities.

Her résumé reflects steady experience at small and mid‑sized firms. That background has included case preparation, client counseling and courtroom appearances. Bartik’s courtroom work began during her clinic days and carried through her associate positions. She has handled matters that required responsive filings and direct interaction with judges and court staff in county and federal settings.

Colleagues describe her as practical and thorough when preparing cases. She blends hands‑on courtroom experience from early internships with subsequent firm responsibilities. That combination has shaped the way she approaches client problems and legal strategy.

Bartik practices out of Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC. At the firm she continues to represent clients in matters requiring litigation experience and court advocacy. She remains active in the Illinois State Bar and the DuPage County Bar Association, engaging in the local legal community while handling cases in state and federal forums.

She practices primarily in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
