About Brice
Brice Zoecklein built a legal foundation from business degrees into courtroom work. He holds a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, an M.B.A. from Stetson University and a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Those combined studies shaped both his understanding of business structures and his approach to litigation.
After law school he entered the Florida legal market as an associate. His early roles included work at Eraclides, Johns, Hall & Gelman in 2010 and at Thompson Trial Group in 2011. Those positions placed him on trial teams handling contested matters and exposed him to the procedural demands of both trial and pretrial practice. He moved into partner roles over the next few years, joining Property Insurance Team, LLC in 2012 and Shield Law Group, PA in 2013.
In 2014 he opened his own firm, Zoecklein Law, PA. As owner and founder he has overseen litigation strategies, client counseling and courtroom preparation. The practice has operated primarily in Florida, and he holds admission to practice in Florida and in federal courts including the Federal Circuit. His background combines trial-room experience and business training, which clients and colleagues have relied on in insurance and civil disputes.
Zoecklein has remained involved in local and professional organizations. He is a current member of the Riverview Chamber of Commerce and has been active in the Sun City Chamber of Commerce since 2014. He also maintains membership in the Hillsborough County Bar Association, where he has been listed since 2010. Those local ties inform his work and keep him connected to the community where many of his cases arise.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and direct in courtroom presentation. He has experience managing complex claim files and litigating contested insurance matters. His trial experience comes from both plaintiff and defense perspectives and includes work at firms that specialized in insurance and civil litigation.
He runs a small practice that handles litigation, insurance disputes and related civil matters in state and federal courts. The office structure reflects a practice built around litigation support and client counsel. He continues to practice in Florida and accepts matters that involve federal court filings and insurance-related disputes.
He currently concentrates his practice on property insurance disputes, civil litigation in Florida and matters in federal court.
