About Brian Xavier
Brian Xavier Pendergraft earned his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013 after completing undergraduate studies in philosophy and religion at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in 2010. He took a conventional route through law school, finishing his J.D. shortly after his undergraduate work. He launched his own practice in 2014, forming The Pendergraft Firm LLC. That step came a year after finishing law school and signals an early move into private practice and firm management.
