About Brian R.

Brian R. Sullivan built his legal foundation at Suffolk University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, and then stayed at Suffolk University Law School to earn his Juris Doctor in 2000. Those years in Boston shaped his early approach to practice. Classrooms and clinics offered problem-solving practice that he carried into his first roles after law school.

He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. After several years working in private practice, Sullivan joined The Keches Law Group, P.C., moving up to partner in 2008. His rise at the firm reflects a steady progression of responsibilities. As a partner he has taken on case management, client advising and courtroom work, handling matters that require sustained advocacy and strategic planning.

Sullivan maintains an active presence in the professional community. He belongs to the Massachusetts Bar Association and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers. Those affiliations place him in regular contact with other trial lawyers, judges and legal policymakers across the state, and they provide ongoing opportunities for continuing legal education and professional dialogue.

Colleagues describe Sullivan as practical and task-oriented in the handling of litigation. He approaches disputes by breaking complex problems into manageable pieces, preparing witnesses and documents early, and setting milestones for critical stages of a case. He has spent much of his career working on contested matters in state courts and has experience carrying cases through trial when necessary.

Outside of court dockets, Sullivan focuses on maintaining clear communication with clients. He emphasizes practical options and timelines when advising people on the possible paths forward. That approach informs how he staffs cases and how the firm allocates resources when litigation requires extensive preparation.

Over nearly two decades at The Keches Law Group, P.C., Sullivan has remained engaged in the professional life of Massachusetts lawyers. He attends association meetings and participates in educational programs that address changes in evidence, procedure and trial practice. His ongoing bar association work keeps him current on legal developments that affect litigators in the state.

In private practice he continues to handle civil litigation and trial work in Massachusetts courts, concentrating on delivering organized representation for clients facing contested legal disputes.
