Brian P. Latimer built his professional foundation at Dickinson College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1985. He continued his studies at New York Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1988. Those years set the stage for a long career in New Jersey law. In 2012 Latimer opened his own firm, Law Office of Brian P. Latimer, Esq., LLC. As owner, he shifted from a partner in a multi-attorney firm to running a smaller, client-centered practice. The move reflected a change in daily responsibility. He took on administrative duties, client intake, and the long-term stewardship of cases through trial and settlement when necessary.
Latimer’s professional memberships trace a through-line in his career. He has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar since 1988. He also holds memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association. Those connections have kept him engaged with local legal circles and current professional standards. Over time his practice has remained rooted in New Jersey courts and community institutions.
