About Brian P.
Brian P. Kirwin trained as a lawyer at The Catholic University of America, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in 1987 and earned his J.D. in 1990. Those years of study placed him squarely in the world of courts and legal argument. He carried that foundation into a career that spans both state and federal practice.
