About Brian Nolan
Brian Nolan Mazzola built a career at the intersection of courtroom practice and risk management study. He pursued a medical sciences curriculum early on, earning a BIMS (Pre-Med) at Texas A&M University in 1992. He then shifted toward the law, completing a B.G.S. at Lamar University in 1999 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2002. He later added an LL.M. in Risk Management from Texas A&M University School of Law.
After law school, Mazzola established a practice that he continues to run. In 2008 he formed Mazzola Law Office, PLLC and serves as its owner. The firm is based in Texas and handles matters for clients across the state. Mazzola has maintained an active professional presence in the legal community for years and organizes his practice around the experience he gathered in early years of practice and the additional graduate study he pursued.
His legal education spans both traditional law training and graduate-level study in risk management. That mix shapes how he approaches a case. He looks beyond immediate legal issues to consider exposure, practical consequences, and steps that can reduce future complications for clients. The LL.M. credential informs how he assesses options and structures legal responses.
Mazzola is a member of the Christian Trial Lawyers Association, a professional organization he has been affiliated with since 2012. That membership reflects an interest in trial advocacy and the broader community of litigators who engage in contested matters. Colleagues and clients describe his practice as one that values preparation and clarity when advancing claims or defenses in court.
Over the years he has focused on building a solo firm that tries to offer straightforward counsel. He handles matters that require courtroom readiness as well as preventive advice aimed at limiting liability. He presents complex legal points in plain terms and prepares cases on the assumption they may end up before a judge or jury.
Mazzola continues to practice law through Mazzola Law Office, PLLC in Texas, where he combines litigation representation and risk management counseling for individuals and businesses.
