About Brian M

Brian M. Glodosky built his path to law in the upper Midwest. He earned a B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2003. Three years later he completed his J.D. at William Mitchell College of Law, finishing in 2006.

His career began soon after law school and moved steadily through a mix of private and public work. In 2007 he worked as a lawyer for The Esquire Group. The following year he joined Robertson, Blahnik & Nelson as an assistant city lawyer and associate, taking on municipal matters and advising local government clients. In 2010 he joined Dudley and Smith, P.A. as a lawyer. He later became a senior associate at Kelsey Law Office, P.A. in 2014, where he spent several years handling litigation and client counseling. In 2024 he became a partner at Lillie, Glodosky, Long & Anderson, PLLC.

Glodosky is licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. He combines that regional reach with years of courtroom and advisory work. His early municipal experience and later roles in private practice gave him exposure to criminal justice issues, local government concerns, and civil litigation.

Colleagues describe him as steady and practical in approach. He has been active in bar and county groups across the region. He holds membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association and in the bar associations of Ramsey County and Winona County. He also serves on the Winona County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, a body that brings stakeholders together on local criminal justice policy and practice.

The arc of his work reflects both public service and private practice. That mix showed up in his move from an assistant city lawyer role into firms where litigation and client advising were central. Over time he moved from associate roles to senior associate and then to partner. The shift to partnership formalized responsibilities for case strategy, client relations, and firm management.

Glodosky maintains offices under the Lillie, Glodosky, Long & Anderson, PLLC name. He practices across the region covered by his dual licensure. His day-to-day work involves trial preparation, client counseling, and collaboration with local courts and agencies.

He currently practices law through Lillie, Glodosky, Long & Anderson, PLLC, and his work centers on criminal and municipal matters.
