About Brian M.
Brian M. Blum built his legal foundation at Arizona State University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance in 1999. He went on to California Western School of Law and received his J.D. in 2005. Those academic years set the stage for a practice that blends financial understanding with courtroom experience.
He launched his own practice shortly after law school. In 2006 he opened Blum Law Office, PLC and carried the work of a solo practitioner for several years. In 2011 he joined Rosenstein Law Group PLLC as an associate lawyer, expanding his exposure to complex case work and firm-based practice. By 2014 he had taken on leadership roles: he became managing lawyer at The Turnaround Team and also assumed an of counsel position at Andante Law Group. Those positions reflect a shift from solo practice toward collaborative, firm-oriented work.
Blum’s professional involvement extends beyond client files. He holds a seat on the executive committee of the Arizona Consumer Bankruptcy Counsel and is a Barrister-level member of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court. He has volunteered for the Financial Distress Clinic and has served as a volunteer lawyer for the Volunteer Lawyers Program since 2009. Those activities place him in regular contact with both debtors seeking relief and community programs addressing financial hardship.
His practice often addresses consumer bankruptcy and related financial distress matters. He counsels individuals on the bankruptcy process, helps them assess options, and manages cases through filing and discharge. Colleagues describe him as steady and practical; clients turn to him for clear explanations of complex statutory rules and deadlines. He has worked in both small-firm and collaborative settings, bringing that mix of experience to everyday case handling.
Today he maintains ties to the firms where he has held roles. He is of counsel at Andante Law Group and serves as managing lawyer at The Turnaround Team. He continues to take volunteer cases and participates in bar-related organizations. He currently concentrates his practice on consumer bankruptcy and financial distress matters.
