Brian Leigh DeWitt is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990. His license is currently in active status. Mr. DeWitt earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School in 1989. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California at Santa Cruz, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. In 1985, he earned a Master of Philosophy in Politics from Oxford University. During his time at Stanford, he was involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in real estate and business law.

Mr. DeWitt concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, land use, and business law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving property transactions, zoning and land use regulations, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Coombs & Dunlap LLP, he worked as an associate attorney at a boutique real estate law firm in San Francisco for five years.
