About Brian D.

Brian D. Tadros is an attorney licensed to practice in Florida. He has worked in both firm settings and a solo practice. Colleagues and opposing counsel know him as someone who moves cases toward resolution and who takes courtroom work seriously.

He earned a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida (2004). Those academic credentials preceded the start of his legal career in Florida courts.

Tadros began his practice as an associate at Farah & Farah in 2004. He joined Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP as a senior associate in 2006 and handled matters that required active litigation. In 2012 he became a partner at The Workers Compensation Trial Group, P.A., where he carried trial responsibilities and mentored junior lawyers. He later opened his own firm, the Law Office of Brian D. Tadros, P.A., to concentrate on the areas of practice he had developed over more than a decade.

He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. That credential authorizes him to mediate circuit civil matters and to appear in court in that capacity. His mediator role complements his litigation background and gives him a practical perspective on settlement dynamics.

Across his career Tadros has handled workers' compensation files, contested hearings and bench trials. His litigation record reflects repeated work on disputed benefits, employer defenses and medical causation questions. He has experience preparing contested petitions, taking depositions, and presenting evidence at hearings. In mediation he works to clarify positions, narrow issues and test settlement options in real time.

Outside of casework he has been involved in professional circles in Florida. He keeps current on procedural changes and case law that affect insurance, benefits and civil procedure. He speaks about practical strategy to colleagues and contributes to case planning at his office. As of 2026 he practices workers' compensation law and serves as a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court mediator.
