About Brian Chase

Brian Chase Malone is an attorney who has built his practice around immigration and citizenship law. He began his academic path at Tulane University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and Spanish in 2011. He went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2017 and completed a Certificate in Immigration and Citizenship Law and Practice at Loyola.

After law school, Malone pursued admission to practice in federal and state forums. He is admitted to the bar in Louisiana and is authorized to practice before the Eleventh Circuit. Those credentials underpin the work he does on behalf of individuals, families and businesses navigating immigration processes.

Malone launched Malone Immigration Law, LLC and maintains multiple offices to serve a regional clientele. The firm lists a North Carolina office and a Florida office in addition to its primary location. Operating across state lines has allowed him to handle matters that touch both state licensing and federal immigration systems.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and clear in client communications. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and joined that organization in 2023. That membership reflects an engagement with the legal community outside the firm and an interest in staying current on developments that affect litigants and practitioners in the region.

His practice covers a range of immigration-related matters. He handles naturalization and citizenship questions, family-based petitions, consular processing and aspects of removal defense. He is also prepared to appear in federal court matters that arise on appeal to the Eleventh Circuit when a client’s case requires that level of review.

Clients and peers note that he emphasizes practical outcomes and careful case management. He approaches each file by assessing procedural timelines, evidentiary needs and statutory pathways that could advance a client’s immigration objectives. His background in sociology and Spanish informs how he communicates with clients from diverse communities and how he frames factual narratives for administrative and judicial audiences.

He currently concentrates his practice on immigration and citizenship matters.
