About Brian
Brian Chase earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona, graduating with a B.S. in Management and Information Systems in 2008. He stayed in Tucson to attend the James E. Rogers College of Law at the same university and received his J.D. in 2011. Those years in Arizona shaped both his interest in the law and his ties to the local legal community.
After law school Chase moved into practice and teaching. In 2013 he joined the faculty at the James E. Rogers College of Law as an adjunct professor. He taught courses for law students while continuing to build hands-on experience outside the classroom. The brief return to academia gave him a different perspective on legal work and on how to explain complex topics to nonlawyers.
In 2014 he opened the Law Office of Brian Chase. He runs the office as owner and handles the administrative responsibilities that come with leading a small firm. Over the years he has taken on client matters in Arizona and maintained an active presence in local legal circles. He has been a member of the Arizona Association for Justice and serves on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Pima County Bar Association. Those roles have kept him engaged with peers and younger attorneys in the region.
Colleagues describe Chase as pragmatic in the courtroom and straightforward with clients. He aims to explain options clearly and to manage expectations about outcomes. His background in management and information systems informs how he organizes information for cases and communicates with clients and witnesses.
Chase balances casework with continuing involvement in the legal community. Serving on the Pima County Bar Association board has involved logistical planning for programs aimed at early-career lawyers. Teaching at the law school remains a part of his professional history and shaped how he approaches legal research and writing.
As of 2026 he practices law in Arizona through the Law Office of Brian Chase, providing legal services to clients across the state and continuing his participation in local bar activities.
