About Brett N.

Brett N. Brinson earned a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in 1991 and a Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 1997. He completed his formal legal education during a period of significant change in Louisiana law. The degrees set the stage for a long career in the state where he trained.

After law school Mr. Brinson began practicing law in Louisiana. Across the years he has built a sustained legal practice. Colleagues and clients have known him as a steady presence who handles routine and complex matters alike. He has continued practicing through changes in the legal and economic landscape, adapting to new rules and court procedures as they emerged.

His work over the last decades has involved advising clients, preparing legal filings, and appearing before tribunals. He has balanced out-of-court negotiation and case preparation. The record of that work is practical. It reflects the day-to-day responsibilities of a long-standing practitioner: assessing risk, managing deadlines, and guiding clients through procedural and substantive questions.

Outside of courtroom hours he has focused on the operational side of running a practice. That has included client intake, case management, and coordinating with experts and other counsel. Those tasks keep a practice functioning and responsive. They are less visible than trial appearances but often determine how well a matter proceeds.

Mr. Brinson maintains an office at 18th Floor, One American Place. From that base he continues to serve clients in Louisiana. His current practice is centered on representing clients from his office at One American Place and supporting their legal needs across the state.
