About Brent
Brent DiMarco built his legal foundation at New England Law | Boston, earning his J.D. in 2011 after completing undergraduate studies at Rutgers University–Newark in 2007. He entered law school after an undergraduate course of study that emphasized critical thinking and writing. Those early academic years shaped the habits he still relies on: careful analysis, clear writing and attention to procedural detail.
His first professional post came immediately after law school, when he served as a judicial law clerk to the New Jersey Superior Court in 2011. The clerkship exposed him to courtroom procedure and the practical demands of adjudication. He moved into private practice in 2013 as an associate at Sanchez and Associates. Two years later he joined Williams Law Office, and in 2016 he became an associate at the Law Offices of Jef Henninger, Esq. Across those roles he handled research, motions practice and client counseling for a range of matters in state courts.
DiMarco is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. That dual admission has allowed him to represent clients across state lines and to appear in multiple trial and appellate settings. His work leans on courtroom experience acquired during the clerkship and subsequent litigation roles. He prepares pleadings, argues motions and supports clients through discovery and trial stages.
