Brennan R Block built his legal foundation at Creighton University. He earned a B.S. in Business in 2012 and returned to Creighton University School of Law for a J.D., awarded in 2016. While in law school he completed a Business and Tax Law Certification, a specialized credential that shaped his early professional interests.
His first role after law school was as a law clerk in 2016 for Union Pacific Railroad’s real estate group. That position exposed him to property transactions tied to transportation infrastructure. He worked on title matters, easements and transactional documents common to rail property portfolios.
