About Brendan

Brendan Sweeney trained at Villanova University School of Law, where he completed his legal education. He is a product of that program and moved into practice prepared for the demands of client work and courtroom procedure. He also maintains ties to the law school community through alumni connections.

After law school Sweeney entered private practice and aligned himself with Working Solutions Law Office. He practices out of multiple offices that the firm maintains, including a location in New Jersey and several offices serving New York clients. He is admitted to the New York bar and handles matters arising in that jurisdiction while operating from the firm's regional offices.

Sweeney's day-to-day work blends client counseling, document drafting and courtroom appearances when cases proceed to litigation. He spends much of his time responding to individual client needs and advising on procedural and substantive legal questions. He aims to make complex legal concepts accessible so clients can make informed decisions about their cases.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing matters and practical in courtroom settings. He takes a layered approach to case preparation. He looks for factual detail early and builds toward legal arguments that are direct and concise. His practice style emphasizes clarity and steady case management, rather than headline-grabbing tactics.

Sweeney also handles transactional work from time to time. He drafts agreements, reviews contracts and assists clients in completing filings that require legal oversight. He organizes files to keep deadlines visible and keeps clients updated so they understand next steps.

Outside the office he participates in firm meetings and regional practice groups that review procedural developments and local court rules. He follows changes in New York law closely and adapts office practices when new guidance affects client work. He maintains an active schedule of client meetings and court appearances where required.

Today Brendan Sweeney continues to serve clients through Working Solutions Law Office, working from the firm's New York-area locations and a New Jersey office. He focuses on client counseling and representation from the firm's New York and New Jersey offices.
