About Breanne W.
Breanne W. Martin trained at Seattle University School of Law, where she completed a dual J.D./M.B.A. in Law and Business in 2011. Her academic program combined legal study and business coursework. That background gave her both legal perspective and an understanding of organizational and financial issues.
She began her legal career in the Puget Sound area. In 2012 she joined Bailey, Duskin & Peiffle, P.S. as an associate lawyer. Early work at the firm involved day-to-day responsibilities common to a small to mid-size practice: client counseling, drafting pleadings and participating in hearings. Those years provided hands-on courtroom experience and regular client contact.
Martin is active in local professional and civic organizations. She has been a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association’s Family Law Section since 2011, a sign that family law figures in her professional interests. She joined the Rotary Club of Arlington in 2012 and has maintained that membership. Since 2014 she has also been involved with the Stillaguamish Senior Center. Her name appears on the membership roll of Beta Gamma Sigma beginning in 2011.
That mix of bar association work and community involvement shapes how she approaches clients. She is familiar with the procedural side of family law and the practical pressures facing people in transition. Her educational training in business law adds another dimension when financial and property issues are at stake.
Colleagues describe her as steady in court and attentive in interviews. She has taken on contested matters as well as negotiated resolutions. Her time at Bailey, Duskin & Peiffle involved both litigation tasks and negotiated settlements, illustrating a balanced practice in which courtroom preparation supports settlement talks.
Martin holds admission to practice in Washington. She continues to live and work in the region where she began her practice. Her involvement in local service organizations and the county bar keeps her connected to both professional peers and community needs.
As of 2026 she practices law in Washington, where her work includes family law matters and related issues arising at the intersection of legal and business concerns.
