About Brandy
Brandy Lambert studied the natural world before she studied the law. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida, a program that blended fieldwork, regulatory study and policy analysis. She then took her legal training at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she completed her J.D.
Those academic choices shaped how she approaches problems. Scientific methods and legal reasoning sit side by side in her work. She has applied evidence-based inquiry to legal questions since leaving law school and has continued to build courtroom and appellate experience over the years.
Lambert is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also holds current membership in professional associations, maintaining ties to colleagues and to ongoing developments in the profession. That connection to professional networks informs how she prepares filings and assesses procedural posture in each matter.
Her current practice is at Lee, Hernandez, Landrum & Garofalo, A.P.C. There she handles matters that require attention to both technical detail and procedural discipline. Colleagues describe her work as methodical and attentive to factual record, and she is known for clear written advocacy on behalf of clients who need precise legal analysis.
Her undergraduate background in environmental science and policy still matters. It gives her a steady hand when parsing technical reports, regulatory documents and environmental data. That training helps when she must explain complex material in briefs or in court, and it informs how she evaluates expert testimony and scientific evidence.
Outside the courtroom she keeps up with continuing education and with the issues that shape federal practice on the West Coast and beyond. She balances casework with professional activities that keep her skills current. As of 2026 she maintains an active litigation practice at Lee, Hernandez, Landrum & Garofalo, A.P.C., handling matters that include proceedings before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
