About Brandt Francis

Brandt Francis Hollander earned a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University in 2008 and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2013, where he completed a Business Law concentration. He arrived at law school after an undergraduate course of study that emphasized institutions and public policy. The legal training at UCLA gave him familiarity with transactional work and commercial principles, and it shaped the approach he brings to private practice.

After law school he moved into practice in jurisdictions on both coasts. He is licensed to practice in California and Massachusetts, and he has been a member of the State Bar of Massachusetts since 2022. Those credentials reflect a practice that crosses state lines and engages with differing regulatory and market environments. Over time he has built experience advising clients on matters that require attention to both local rules and broader commercial considerations.

Hollander works principally in real estate law. His work covers common transactional areas: purchase and sale agreements, leasing matters, title review, financing arrangements and closing mechanics. He handles due diligence tasks, negotiates contractual terms and coordinates with lenders, surveyors and title companies. The day-to-day practice involves drafting documents, advising on risk allocation and managing the sequence of steps that move a deal from offer to closing.

He operates from Hollander Real Estate Law. The office provides counsel to a range of clients, including individuals and businesses engaged in residential and commercial property matters. He spends time counseling clients on how local ordinances, zoning and market conditions interact with contract terms. That practical orientation tends to guide how he structures transactions and how he prepares closing materials.

Colleagues describe Hollander as methodical and precise in handling transactional details. He balances attention to paperwork with an eye for commercial outcomes. He continues to practice in California and Massachusetts and maintains active membership in the Massachusetts bar. Today he concentrates his practice on real estate transactions, closings and related commercial work.
