About Brandon
Brandon Gardner graduated from Michigan State University College of Law with a J.D. in 2010. He entered law school after completing undergraduate studies and finished his legal training at a time when the state and federal courts were grappling with evolving procedural and substantive issues. The degree provided a foundation in litigation and appellate procedure.
After law school, Gardner began practicing in Michigan. He is admitted to practice in the state of Michigan and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Those admissions allow him to appear in both trial-level forums and at the federal appellate level.
Gardner practices at Brandon Gardner & Associates, PLC. At the firm he handles matters that proceed through state court and matters that reach the federal appellate court.
