About Brandon
Brandon Ceglian trained in Colorado and the Mountain West. He earned a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2002 after completing a B.S. in Political Science and Mass Communications at Black Hills State University in 1998. Those academic years set the stage for a career that moved quickly from clerking to private practice.
His first position after law school was as a law clerk at Burns Wall Smith and Mueller, P.C., in 2001. He stayed on as an associate there in 2002. He later joined Montgomery, Kolodny, Amatuzio & Dusbabek, L.L.P. as an associate in 2004. In 2005 he began practicing on his own as The Law Offices of Brandon R. Ceglian. A stint as an associate at Anest & Brown, P.C. followed in 2006. By 2008 he had returned to private ownership as the principal of Law Offices of Brandon R. Ceglian, P.C. His current office operates under the name CeglianLaw, PC.
Ceglian is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the Tenth Circuit. He is also a notary public affiliated with his firm. Over the years his work has included negotiating and drafting leases, advising landlords and tenants, and handling disputes that arise from those arrangements. He handles transactional matters and related courtroom work when disputes require litigation.
Outside the office he has taken on public-facing roles that keep him connected to both legal and lay audiences. Since 2014 he has hosted a program on Velocity Radio called "Law Talk with Brandon R. Ceglian." He speaks for continuing-education providers as well. Beginning in 2014 he presented on commercial and residential lease negotiation and on relevant case law and legislative developments for Lorman Education Services. He has worked with Sterling Education Services since 2013 to present sessions on landlord and tenant obligations.
He maintains memberships in several local bar groups, including the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Douglas/Elbert Bar Association. That local involvement complements his courtroom admissions in the Tenth Circuit and his practice in Colorado.
Ceglian’s practice blends transactional work and litigation tied to real property and lease matters. He currently practices through CeglianLaw, PC and centers his practice on landlord-tenant matters, lease negotiation, and related civil issues in Colorado.
