About Brandon A.
Brandon A. Yosha built his path to law from a mix of athletic studies and local schooling. He earned a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019 after completing undergraduate work at Indiana University Bloomington in 2016. His undergraduate degrees combined sport management, sport marketing, kinesiology and exercise science. He also spent time at Lehigh University in 2014 and the University of Miami in 2012 as part of his broader academic program.
During law school and before, Yosha returned to a firm that would shape his career. He interned at Yosha Cook & Tisch in 2012, gaining early exposure to litigation and client work. After law school he joined the firm as a lawyer in 2019 and has remained there since. The continuity between his internship and later role at the same office gives him a long view of the firm’s cases and clients.
Yosha’s professional memberships reflect the areas he practices. He holds active memberships in the Indiana State Bar and in national organizations such as the American Association for Justice and the American Academy of Truck Accident Lawyers. He is also listed as a sustaining member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Those affiliations keep him connected to peers who handle personal injury and serious-accident litigation.
On the work side, Yosha regularly handles personal injury matters. He has been involved in cases arising from motor vehicle collisions, including truck accidents, and other injuries that result from negligence. In that courtroom environment he applies trial preparation skills he honed during his early firm experience and law school clinics. His practice requires coordinating with medical providers, accident reconstruction experts, and insurance representatives to build case strategies.
Colleagues describe him as practical in approach and precise in document work. He spends time on depositions, case investigation, and trial preparation. Outside the office he has maintained ties to athletic and academic communities shaped by his undergraduate studies. As of 2026 he is licensed in Indiana and practices at Yosha Cook & Tisch, where his work centers on personal injury and accident cases.
