About Brandon A.
Brandon A. Millinghausen took a direct path into law. He earned his B.A. from Arcadia University in 2019 and completed his J.D. at Villanova University School of Law in 2022. Those years framed his move from undergraduate study to the demands of a modern courtroom and a busy law practice.
Fresh out of Villanova, Millinghausen entered private practice. He joined Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP as an associate. At the firm he has worked on matters that require careful legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing motions and supporting trial preparation. Colleagues describe him as practical and methodical in how he approaches casework.
Millinghausen is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He maintains memberships in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the State Bar of New Jersey. Those affiliations keep him plugged into continuing legal education and the professional discussion that shapes practice in both states.
His training at Villanova emphasized litigation skills and ethical practice. In the classroom he encountered case law and procedure; in clinic and moot experiences he practiced advocacy. Those experiences translated into client work that often requires clear writing and close attention to procedural deadlines.
Since joining Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP he has balanced research and court filings with client communication. He prepares briefs, reviews discovery and supports senior attorneys at hearings. The work demands precision and an ability to distill complicated facts into straightforward legal arguments. He applies the skills he developed in law school to the daily tasks of an associate.
He continues to build his practice around representing clients in matters that arise in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He currently practices at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, serving clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
