About Bradley

Bradley Thrush began his legal journey at the University of Arizona, where he earned his J.D. in 1995. That year marked the formal start of a career that has spanned decades and covered matters in state and federal forums. He built his knowledge on classroom doctrine and courtroom practice, then carried it into work before Arizona tribunals and federal appellate panels.

Soon after law school, Thrush established a practice that would come to bear his name. Over the years he has worked on cases that required filings at the trial level in Arizona and appeals at the national level. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and is also authorized to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, an admission that reflects work on matters that extend beyond a single state’s courts.

Colleagues describe him as steady and methodical in his handling of litigation. He takes a measured approach to case preparation and hearings. He favors careful record-building and attention to procedural detail. That approach has informed how he manages client matters and how he prepares briefs for appellate review when cases move beyond trial courts.

Thrush’s practice has adapted as the legal landscape changed. He has navigated shifts in federal procedure and state practice over the years. He keeps current on case law affecting the jurisdictions where he appears. His courtroom experience includes trial work in Arizona courts and appellate practice before the Federal Circuit, which requires a different posture and set of skills than trial litigation.

Today he practices from Thrush Law Group. The firm handles matters that originate in Arizona and, when appropriate, proceed to the federal appellate level. Clients who come to the firm receive counsel from someone who has long experience moving cases through both state and federal processes.

Outside the courtroom, Thrush’s record is one of steady practice rather than public profile. He has not sought a high public profile, preferring to focus on the mechanics of law and litigation. As of 2026 he continues to represent clients through Thrush Law Group, handling cases in Arizona courts and appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
