About Bradley R.

Bradley R. Kaye built his academic foundation over a decade of study before entering the legal profession. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in 2005, followed by a Master of Arts from Columbia College in 2010. He completed his legal training at DePaul College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2014. The sequence of degrees shaped a measured approach to research and writing that carries through his work.

After law school he joined Anderson & Associates, P.C., beginning as a law clerk in 2014 and moving into an associate role in 2015. His early years at the firm involved supporting attorneys on a range of matters and managing the practical steps that keep cases moving: drafting, file management and assisting in client communications. Those front-line tasks gave him direct exposure to the day-to-day demands of practice and to the administrative side of running casework.

Kaye is admitted to practice in Illinois and is active in local bar circles. He holds membership in the Illinois State Bar Association and the Northwestern Suburban Bar Association. Those affiliations keep him connected to developments in state law and to peers across the region.

His educational path—liberal arts at Purdue, a master’s at Columbia College and a law degree from DePaul—provides a long view on argument and analysis. That background informs how he approaches written work and case preparation. He tends to favor clear organization and thorough preparation, habits that were reinforced during his early years at Anderson & Associates.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and steady in managing caseloads. He has spent much of his career handling the kind of day-to-day responsibilities that determine whether a matter advances efficiently through the system. Those experiences have made him comfortable with the procedural and organizational sides of legal work, as well as direct client contact.

He maintains a practice in Illinois and is based out of offices in Wheaton, Northbrook, Chicago and Schaumburg. His current practice focuses on serving clients across Illinois from those offices.
