About Bradley Keith

Bradley Keith Berg began his legal path at Nova Southeastern University, where he completed his legal education before entering the Florida bar. His time at law school provided the groundwork for a career spent largely in courtroom practice and case management.

He joined Kanner & Pintaluga and rose to partner in 2015. As a partner, Berg has handled a broad docket that includes traditional litigation responsibilities and client counseling. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic in approach and steady under pressure. He has taken numerous matters through pretrial stages and into court appearances when necessary, and he participates in the strategic planning that a partner’s role requires.

Licensed in Florida, Berg has spent his professional life practicing in the state. That local focus has shaped his understanding of state procedural rules and the regional legal community. Over the years he has worked with teams inside the firm to prepare filings, conduct discovery, and manage witness preparation. Those routine but essential tasks have become a familiar part of his work rhythm.

Outside of active casework, Berg contributes to the firm’s client intake and case evaluation processes. He evaluates potential matters and helps determine the best path forward for a client based on the facts and available remedies. In that role he balances legal analysis with practical considerations such as timing and resource allocation.

Berg’s professional trajectory is marked by steady progression within the firm. Moving from associate-level responsibilities to partnership involved expanding his role beyond pure advocacy. He now shares in firm management choices, mentors junior lawyers, and helps shape how the firm responds to new filings and emerging challenges.

Those who work with him note his clear, concise communication in both written pleadings and oral argument. He favors careful preparation and a disciplined workflow. That approach serves clients and the firm in equal measure, particularly during contested matters where attention to detail matters.

He currently practices at Kanner and Pintaluga, representing clients from the firm’s Florida office and handling the variety of matters brought to him by those clients.
