About Bradley Harzman

Bradley Harzman Supernaw earned his law degree at Brooklyn Law School. He moved from the classroom to practice prepared to work across state lines. His education in New York laid a foundation for handling matters that touch both state and federal procedures.

Soon after graduating he secured admissions that would shape his career. He is admitted to the bars of Nebraska and New York and is authorized to practice before the Eighth Circuit. Those credentials allow him to appear in multiple forums and to follow cases from local trial courts to federal appellate review.

Over the years his practice has been built around the mechanics of litigation and the demands of appeals. He has developed experience in managing case files, briefing appellate issues and coordinating litigation strategy when matters cross jurisdictions. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing records and concise in written arguments. He applies that approach whether a dispute begins in a Nebraska courtroom or involves federal appellate questions.

Clients have turned to him for representation that requires attention to procedural detail and an ability to move between courts. He works with individuals and organizations that require discrete handling of filings, responsive motion practice and clear counsel on next steps after trial decisions. He also provides guidance on the procedural posture of appeals and the timelines that govern filings at the circuit level.

He practices from Supernaw Law Office. The office serves clients whose matters arise in Nebraska and New York and those that may proceed to the Eighth Circuit for appellate review. He continues to maintain an active practice at Supernaw Law Office, representing clients in Nebraska and New York courts and handling appeals in the Eighth Circuit.
