Mr. Chalk is the owner of Chalk Law Office, a firm specializing in workers' compensation, social security disability, and industrial disability retirement cases. Mr. Chalk earned his Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1995. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Sonoma State University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy in 1992.
Mr. Chalk's practice areas include workers' compensation, social security disability, and industrial disability retirement. He represents clients at all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
