About Bradford

Bradford Kvinta built his legal foundation in Texas classrooms and county courtrooms. He attended Texas Lutheran University in 2002, earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2006, and completed his Juris Doctor at Texas Tech University School of Law in 2010. Those years map a steady progression from undergraduate study into professional legal training.

His early legal work put him inside a busy public prosecutor’s office. In 2011 he served as an Assistant District Lawyer in the Bexar County Criminal District Lawyer’s Office. That position offered courtroom time and case-handling responsibility, and it shaped his understanding of criminal procedure and trial practice. The following year he opened his own practice and began operating as a lawyer under the name Law Offices of Bradford Kvinta.

Kvinta is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. He has handled matters that move between state and federal dockets, and he has experience in the kinds of routine filings and hearings that determine early outcomes in criminal and civil proceedings. His path from a county prosecutor’s office to solo practice reflects a blend of courtroom experience and independent case management.

Outside of casework he has engaged in bar association activity. Since 2016 he has served on the Board of Directors of the Victoria County Bar Association. That role places him among local practitioners who oversee programming, member services, and community-facing bar initiatives. The involvement indicates a continuing connection to the legal community beyond his own caseload.

Colleagues and clients describe him as straightforward and practical in court. He does not seek public attention for landmark litigation or widely publicized appeals, and his record does not rest on headline-making judgments. Instead, his day-to-day work centers on guiding clients through filing deadlines, evidentiary hearings, and plea or settlement discussions when those arise.

Today he practices under the Law Offices of Bradford Kvinta, handling matters that originate in Texas state courts as well as in the federal district. He remains a board member of the Victoria County Bar Association and continues to accept cases that reflect his courtroom background and municipal ties.

He maintains an active practice in Texas and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, handling litigation, hearings, and client counseling in those jurisdictions.
