About Brad

Brad Sperr earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 2002. He entered practice in the state of Georgia and has built a career centered on elder law, estate planning and collaborative approaches to dispute resolution.

He worked as a lawyer at Georgia Legal Services in 2005. That period gave him experience on matters affecting low-income clients and exposed him to a range of civil legal issues. In 2017 he opened Sperr Law Offices. He has run that practice since then, handling matters that commonly arise for older adults and for families planning their affairs.

Sperr is a member of several professional organizations that reflect his practice interests. He has belonged to the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 2017, and he joined the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils the same year. He is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, holding that affiliation from 2017 to the present. These memberships place him among practitioners who concentrate on the legal, financial and interpersonal aspects of planning for later life.

Colleagues and clients describe his approach as methodical. He works through documents and meetings in a straightforward manner. He prepares trusts and wills, assists with powers of attorney and health-care directives, and advises on strategies to preserve resources while addressing long-term care concerns. He also uses collaborative techniques when disputes can be resolved outside of court, arranging structured meetings that aim to produce negotiated outcomes rather than protracted litigation.

Sperr runs his firm from his office under the Sperr Law Offices name. The practice handles individual planning and family-centered matters. He keeps steady professional involvement through the associations he joined in 2017, and those ties help him stay current on developments in elder law and estate planning.

He is licensed to practice in Georgia and continues to accept matters related to estates, elder law and collaborative dispute resolution. His current practice focuses on estate planning, elder law counseling and collaborative processes for family disputes.
