Brad Jun-Kyu Ahn is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Ahn is the principal attorney at Brad J. Ahn & Associates, APC, a personal injury law firm located at 1440 N Harbor Blvd, Suite 900, Fullerton, CA 92835. He has been practicing law for over 22 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Ahn earned his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2002. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Fullerton, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. During his time at Southwestern University School of Law, he focused on courses related to personal injury and civil litigation.

Mr. Ahn concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury law. He represents individuals in matters involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, animal and dog bites, trucking accidents, brain injuries, defective and dangerous products, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ahn has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Fullerton for five years.

Mr. Ahn is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He is fluent in both English and Korean, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
