About Brad Jonathan
Brad Jonathan Sadek earned his law degree from Rutgers University–Camden in 2000 after completing undergraduate studies in political science at Pennsylvania State University in 1995. The sequence of degrees trained him in the mechanics of law and the political context that surrounds consumer and property disputes. Those years shaped the foundation of a practice that has centered on consumer bankruptcy and debt matters.
He moved into private practice and assumed a leadership role in 2006 as managing partner of Sadek and Cooper. Over time his work has also been associated with operations under the Sadek Bankruptcy Law Offices name. He has balanced courtroom appearances with client counseling and firm management. In public forums he has spoken about real estate and consumer issues, appearing as a guest on Real Estate Radio beginning in 2012 and continuing to present perspectives for listeners and clients.
Sadek is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has been a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers since 2005, a long-standing professional affiliation that reflects the orientation of his practice. He is also listed as a Top Rated Lawyer on AVVO, a peer and client review platform. Those memberships and recognitions sit alongside day-to-day legal work: client intake, case assessment, adversary proceedings when necessary, and negotiations on behalf of individuals facing financial distress.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in case preparation and pragmatic in client consultations. He handles the practical steps that bankruptcy representation requires: assessing eligibility, preparing petitions, navigating creditors’ claims, and pursuing resolutions intended to stabilize a client’s finances. His public remarks on Real Estate Radio have touched on the overlap between property issues and consumer finance, subjects that often arise in consumer bankruptcy practice.
Across two decades of practice he has navigated the changes to bankruptcy law and its local court procedures in both states where he is licensed. That experience informs how he evaluates options for people confronting foreclosure, repossession, wage garnishment, and mounting unsecured debt. He maintains a practice that revolves around individual consumer bankruptcies and related debt relief matters.
He currently focuses his practice on consumer bankruptcy and related debt relief matters.
