Brad Jefferson Landon is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1995. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Landon is the founder and managing attorney at Landon Law, APC, a law firm located at 27555 Ynez Road, Suite 110, Temecula, California 92591. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Landon earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 1994. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of North Texas, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1991. During his time at Whittier Law School, he was recognized for his academic achievements and graduated cum laude.
Mr. Landon concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, civil rights, construction law, and personal injury. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving business contracts, business formation, business litigation, construction defects, construction contracts, construction liens, civil rights violations, and personal injury claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Landon has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Los Angeles for five years.
Mr. Landon is an active member of the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. He is also a certified mediator through the Riverside County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Landon is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
